They are used extensively for rehabilitation and general fitness for both stretching and strengthening exercises. They are also used in Pilates and Yoga.

66fit latex free exercise bands have been designed so that people who have an allergic reaction to latex can still carry out their exercises and rehabilitation treatment.

The user can simply cut the 66fit exercise band to the length that they require.

66fit Exercise Bands come in five colour-coded resistance levels. The Exercise Bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.
