The 66fit soft weights are now the weight of choice in Pilates as they offer a more fluid and natural range of motion than a standard dumbbell, the soft weight design is also safer, reducing the risk of damage or injury if dropped.

These soft weight balls come with adjustable handles (that can be easily removed if required) so that you can carry out a wider range of exercises.

The shape helps to promote functional grip strength. As the size of the ball does not increase as the weight increases they offer a consistent grip as you progress to heavier weights.
