Xtensor Hand Exerciser - Whether it's hand cramps, wrist pain, tennis elbow, arthritis or tendonitis, at some point in your life it is highly likely that you will experience some sort of hand, wrist, or elbow pain caused by physical activity and the wear and tear of the aging process.

Stress issues in the hands and wrist are common amongst those who frequently perform tasks with the hand in the closed position.

Every day the flexor muscles in the palm and wrist are continuously exposed to varying amounts of gripping and squeezing giving the muscles that close the hand significant dominance over the muscles that open the hands which originate in the elbow and forearm. Over time this produces an unnatural imbalance and forces the hands to operate mostly in a closed position.

Worn like a glove, The Xtensor is designed to readdress this imbalance through a series of workout exercises.

It works via resistance bands which are attached to each finger, enabling them to exercise freely, independently and in a natural motion.

A simple daily workout with the Xtensor helps to stimulate the finger extensor muscles and tendons and quickly rebalances the strength and flexibility in the hands and fingers.
